Well, like anything moderation is key. But seeing as how dehydrating one cup of coffee can be to your body and most of us aren’t hydrated enough to begin with, and how coffee is up there as far as being a heavily sprayed crop (pesticides and herbicides love to attach themselves to the oils on the coffee bean), I say skip the coffee and drink yerba mate for energy or better yet nettle and red clover for a super energy boost in the morning. Or if you really can’t kick the habit at least drink organic coffee and keep the water coming!
